My Story

Hi, my name is Leah Bailey! I am a real estate agent and creative marketing consultant in the Nashville, Tennessee area. When I’m not interviewing amazing authors on my podcast, I spend my free time writing, outside with my horses and all the other animals on the farm, and completing my never-ending list of DIY projects. I love to write, and I am a member of Sisters in Crime and the Middle Tennessee Authors Circle.

Reading has always been a love of mine, but it wasn’t until an accident that I sat down and wrote my first novel. Since then, I have devoted myself to writing. Being outside is always an inspiration to me, and I find myself building the worlds and “meeting” the characters in my stories while on long walks or working in my garden. Over the years, I’ve had several of my short stories and poems accepted to literary journals and anthologies. Most of my stories are available in my Published Work section.
